Wanted Characters
OOC comm spam! Your mods have been considering doing a controlled amount of community-based advertising around LJ, to help encourage apps from people we don't know. (Which means, since we don't have a reserve system, if you have friends considering apping someone, you should probably pester them to get on with it~)
